Coins & Purchases
How do coins work? Coins unlock individual chapters. Purchased coins never expire and stay with your account.
My purchase didn't arrive. Open the app and go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases to re-verify any App Store transactions. If your coins still don't appear within a few minutes, email us at [email protected] with your Apple receipt and we'll credit them.
How do I request a refund? Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the purchase. We can't issue App Store refunds directly, but email us and we'll help you through it.
Subscriptions
AllInNovel offers an auto-renewing subscription pass that unlocks reading. It renews automatically until cancelled.
How do I restore my subscription? In the app: Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel? On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → AllInNovel → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Will I be charged after cancelling? No. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep access until the current period ends.
Account
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Security → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
Deleting your account signs you out everywhere immediately. Your unused coins are forfeited, and your library and reading history are removed. The account is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period — sign in on www.allinnovel.com before then to restore it. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you can't access the app, email us from your registered address and we'll process the request within 30 days.
I can't sign in. AllInNovel supports email/password sign-in as well as Sign in with Apple, Google, and Facebook. Make sure you're using the same method you originally registered with. If you signed up with email and forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
